Here’s 3 Toe exercises for better ankle mobility. Yes your toes will improve your ankle mobility

1. Toes up ankle mob
If you have poor ankle mobility you likely also deal with shin splints. Partly because you lock down your whole foot ankle to create stability at the knee and hip. Here we are working to separate toe motion from ankle motion. Learn this and watch shin splits go away

2. Toes elevated Calf Raise
Starting with your toes in a stretched position will increase muscle activation. Doing a long pause 30+s will also increase muscle activation.

3. Heel Up Fast Position Lunge
Similar to
#2 but now we’re emphasizing soleus. Key muscle for ankle mobility, acceleration & knee health. Protect your ACLs
