Hand Stand Push Up Tips

Stiff neck. Shoulder pain. Back cramps oh my!

In my opinion the two best ways to develop strength, power and coordination are sprinting and gymnastics. My new favourite gymnastics movement is the hand stand pushups. Until I started using these tips it was my least. Save your shoulders, back and neck by staying stacked.

Staying stacked through your torso (head to tailbone) keeps the shoulders & elbows in a strong position so you stay powerful out of the bottom.
