Is it hip flexor strength? or is hip flexor mobility?

Here iā€™m combining hip flexor strength with hip flexor mobility.

Psoas is the primary hip flexor and it does its best work/ activation above 90 degrees of flexion (knee higher than the hip). So here im training the psoas by pausing above 90 while training balance & core stability.
